The Missouri State Supreme Court has refused to reverse a lower court ruling on Anheuser-Busch-InBev’s gender discrimination pay inequity lawsuit.   That means that the longtime case of Francine Katz vs. Anheuser-Bush-Inbev will now go to trial.

Katz had been a vice president of communications and consumer affairs before she quit in 2009. She claims the company excluded women from informal social networks, paid them less and gave them smaller bonuses than male executives were given.

She is represented by Mary Anne Sedey, nationally acclaimed employment attorney.  Ms. Sedey has been referred to as one of The Top 10 Plaintiffs Attorneys to Fear the Most.
